I found this recipe for no churn (no maker needed!) coffee ice cream via a link in the ice cream thread - good thing cause I don't have a ice cream maker, but this looks delish!

    I have always loved coffee ice cream so I need to make this asap! I need xantham gum though. Somehow I've gotten through 6 years on a strictly gluten free diet and haven't bought the first bag! lol

    I know, me too!!! Or I'd be making it now. Except I'm also out of coffee which is a real bummer esp on coffee day. Might have to go to Krispy Creme just to get a free cup!

    Here in OK, at WM, you can get a tiny packet for $0.48. That way you can try it to see if you like it before investing in stock! I got some early on because I was attempting to make gravy...but we've got a whole other thread about THAT. LOL
