low cal crab cake

these are 89 calories per 1 ,recipe makes 9 cakes

2 cans crab meat drained(in water)
1/2 small onion minced fine
1 medium carrot grated fine
1 small zucchini grated fine
3 egg whites
1 cup Italian bread crumbs (reserve a little more than a 1/4 cup for crust on outside)

Mix all together except the 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs add 1/2 tsp of Citrus grill seasoning

patty into 9 small crab cakes.Dip each cake in the bread crumbs and pan fry with cooking spray in a non stick till golden and crispy on both sides over medium heat

    made these today and they are delicious had 2 for my lunch.Can also use canned salmon or tuna in water
