    Got to increase my steps to get rid of the pizza and BD cake I ate while my grands were here yesterday.

    I just had a BD party for all five since we don't get together that often any more. Our youngest son and his boys live 9 hrs away. :'(

    I got 3.10 miles today, 93.88 total miles now. I need a break after I complete this challenge, I am not doing it again next month. I feel I have succeeded in accomplishibg my goals the last 2 months. I know no one made me, it was all me wanting to succeed and accomplish a goal, since my weight loss has slowed this year. I appreciate you creating it, only 5 more days left.Janice

    So sorry you won't be joining us next month. I feel that I need to keep up my walking more in the next two months because of all the festivity challenges.

    Are you going to replace the calories burned by walking with a new activity?
    Wishing you well. You have done super on this challenge.

    My goal for Jan 1 is to not have gained any weight in Nov or Dec. Hope I can succeed.

    I only have 2.24 today, it poured. My total is 96.12 miles. I probably wont replace the calories burned, I keep using them to eat more and for me it hasn't paid off. I dont walk in the winter due to the fact I always get sick. If I choose to burn extra calories, I have a tread mill set up. Janice
