Sherry - I'm so sorry about the pain! I wish I had some good ideas to help, but I've got nothing.
Marla - yay for some time to yourself!
Laura - are the meds starting to kick in yet?
I was super tired and lethargic all day. I took a nap and was still exhausted. I'm just hoping its a TOM thing and not a getting sick thing. Only time will tell I guess. I'm planning on running this morning. It was going to be five miles, but I'm still feeling tired even after a good night sleep so I'm cutting it back to 3. Just some speed skills to hopefully perk me up a bit. I also meet with my trainer today.
PS I just felt something on my leg, glanced down, and discovered a super creepy bug crawling on me. That definitely woke me up a bit. *shudders0 -
Finding a creepy crawler on your leg can definitely get your blood pumping! lol
well, I am wiped! This schedule is wearing me down. Basically today was similar to yesterday, walked from tutor to school to pick up lil girl, did a little shopping and took it home, before lil girl and I headed out to get son. But today I checked my vivofit and turns out that my walking (instead of the bus) adds 5,000 steps. So even though I haven't been able to add any long walking days, I'm consistently coming in around 16,000 steps per day. Spent some time reading up on leg structure to try to figure out what's up with me. idk. Did my exercises and stretches. Sometimes it's perfectly fine and sometimes it aches; and it switches back and forth throughout a single day. I'm sure it'll get sorted soon. My chest problems have worked themselves out, as they usually do before returning in another few months or year. I'm thinking that was an imbalance and taking some supplements have maybe helped (esp magnesium).
Need to figure out my exact plan of action for October and get over to the goal thread, but too tired tonight.
Have a good one!0
