Hello group.
I was able to be outside quite a bit this week; gardening, walking, hiking. This morning I joined the family hike in Shingletown gap, spending two hours in the woods - very pleasant. Met my goal of increased activity for the week.

    Great job Jane!!
    I also am working on increasing my activity!! I spent almost every day at a park with the kids and every afternoon at the pool. The Stubes unfortunately missed the hike- but I'm looking forward to it next week!:wink:

    Great Job Ladies on getting more activity in! My goal is to track my eating habits better. (I tend to get lazy when I'm eating junk food/eating out and I stop tracking.) This weeks goal is to track everyday. YOU GIRLS ROCK!
