I can't find it, it's probably right in front of my eyes. If you remember what it was called can you let me know, or even better link to it so I can add... or is it even in the one in the launch pad???
There was a thread I think about original recipes but it wasn't the BIG thread....
Anyway...
Someone had posted a dessert that was just
sugar free jello
1 cup water
1 pkg cream cheese.
I just wanted to add to the thread that we tried this last week and for a SF dessert it was really good. I personally hate that SF taste (I use xylitol when needed but SF jello doesn't have that option).
I just wanted to put up another vote for that recipe. It was super easy, set up fast, texture was great, like a mousse. We used lemon and I poured it into a bread loaf pan (all I had at the Beasts house). Cut it in squares that you could actually pick up carefully.
I was thinking, with some sort of nut crust and some kind of creamy thing, even whipped cream on top, this would be kick butt lemon squares. Truly. Except for the AS taste. Which is probably a good thing so that I don't eat too many.
I ate the entire recipe in less than 12 hrs. This is why I don't make dessert!

You can easily use sugar-free extracts, unflavored gelatin, and your sweetener of choice... Just make comparable amounts...0
