I am going the wrong way. Up 2 lbs. That being said, I ran this morning for the first time in a long time and am riding the horses this afternoon. Going to try to get back in the game and on track.

I am down 5 1/2 pounds since we started. My next weigh-in will be tomorrow. I have a feeling my weight isn't going anywhere this week (well, I HOPE it won't go up and I am not sure it will be down!) I just need to focus in the week ahead -- wish me luck!!0

Had my weigh-in today -- only down 1.4 pounds this week, but I'll take it! (I am down 6 1/2 since we started ... ) I feel like my eating was off all week, but I am back on track now, and I bought myself a Fitbit tracker on Thursday and have been focused the last 3 days on moving more. I think I will actually meet this challenge -- bring it on!!0

It's just one weekend--you'll get back on track in no time! Do you have the app on the phone? It's a lifesaver for me as I can log anywhere.0 -

Yes, I have it on my phone and tablet, I just didn't really bother with it this weekend. I am back on track this week though. It's the change of weather and shorter days, I always get blah when the cooler months come around.0 -
No loss this week, but not much effort on my part0

I lost a lb but i've been sick for the last couple of weeks so haven't been doing much of anything but laying about. Been slowly getting better this week and did a walk yesterday. Hoping to finally get over this thing in time for the 3 day weekend to at least enjoy it.

This was a bad week for me. Hating work, plus emotional eating got the best me this week.
I drank coffee everyday with two cream and sugars. Some days with an added espresso shot.
I over ate by over 1000 calories per day this week. At work they brought in cookies, donuts, coffee.
Friday was especially bad. I ate McDonald's for breakfast and lunch. Afternoon Costco hot dog, half a pop, and half an order of fries.
Yesterday I went cycling did 32 km, plus I hit the Sauna in the evening. Which helped lose 1 lbs to get to 164 lbs.0 -

Annoyed with myself for enjoying too much food when at a conference Thursday and Friday - but realistically the over indulgence of red wine on Thursday night was the real clincher. Unfortunately being at conference also meant I missed my regular Friday morning step class.
Plan to get back on track this week - purchased new exercise dvd for my morning exercise and decided to add on a second weekly step class on a Wednesday evening until Christmas to try to shift the pounds.0
