    Well this weekend was not so good, my bday was Friday
    and I didn't log all weekend ...I guess lessons are hard , I'm ready and back on track

    Annoyed with myself for enjoying too much food when at a conference Thursday and Friday - but realistically the over indulgence of red wine on Thursday night was the real clincher. Unfortunately being at conference also meant I missed my regular Friday morning step class.

    Plan to get back on track this week - purchased new exercise dvd for my morning exercise and decided to add on a second weekly step class on a Wednesday evening until Christmas to try to shift the pounds.
