^from one of my favorite movies (although said by a bad guy)

^posted bc that's what I did today! Well my chest problem is back and I'd hardly slept for days, plus the long day yesterday, so today I slept! I then took the kids out for errands and grocery shopping. We got ice cream along the way, since they were being so good on the errands. That's pretty much it. Just rest. Got 3 loads of laundry done and some work in the kitchen, but was really lazy today. Tomorrow taking kids to visit their great grandmother, although I'd rather be doing some housework now that I've rested. Hopefully there'll be time for both. Seeing a doctor Monday and might threaten to not leave his office until he believes that I am legitimately having a problem.

    Have a good weekend

Pretty much my day too, only slept 3 hrs, ugh! So tired, woke up and so much on my mind couldnt go back to sleep.

Went to farmers market, 100 artists did sidewalk chalk drawings, really good.

Suppose to go to art night in old town Eureka tonight, if i can wake up. Author of childrens book there and we were going to get signed copy for grandkds.

That thread starter is perfect. Just read the past few days threads and everyone seems to be sick with something. Sorry the chest stuff is back Sherry. Being exhausted doesn't help, I'm sure. Your daily step counts are crazy. Val & Marla hope you're feeling better too.

Wednesday I finally started feeling better - 9 days after getting sick, but just 2 days after getting on antibiotics. I went to my ZMix class and there were a couple dicey moments with my balance from my sinuses but otherwise it was good. Thursday I did my first run in 12 days & kept it easy - Jason had me do 4 5:00 intervals to ease back in. Then I had my session with him. Friday I went for a 30 minute swim after work, then did my PT exercises. Thursday I told Jason I wanted to move on from intervals. My longest interval was 10 minutes & he wanted to bump me up to 12. I know people who prefer to run/walk, but I don't. My leg needed that recovery time while I was healing but now I want to get away from it. He gave me a time limit and said if my form breaks down I need to walk, but agreed to let me try. I walked 5 minutes to warm up then ran for 32 minutes & felt strong. Final 8 minute walk home for a total of 45. Work was super busy this week so while I did run today I also took 2 naps. Between being sick, being busy at work, and trying to get back into working out, I was ready for the weekend too.
