    Hey everyone!

Sherry - I'm sorry the heart troubles are back. Definitely stand your ground until someone takes care of it! Holy cow on the steps! That's crazy! I'm glad you got some rest in as well!

Laura - I'm the same way about run intervals. Mentally they really mess with me I think. I do better just maintaining a steady pace. But I know people who swear by them. Glad the meds are working and you're finally recovering!

Marla - hope you're feeling better now!

I haven't worked out in several days. I don't want to make myself worse, and I've had several busy days so I didn't want to overdo it. I do want to get my strength training in tonight, and then start fresh tomorrow with my first run in almost a week. The temps are starting to drop finally and we've left the triple digits here! Which I in Phoenix is a big deal! I've been working on getting my hubby's graduation party set and my middle one's birthday party will be the very next day! That has been a bit of drama. We normally have it at our house, so it's not a big deal to wait until just a couple weeks before to plan it. But her sister had a Chucke Cheese party last time, so she wants to go somewhere. They were all booked, so it's been a lot of racing and researching trying to find a place. We finally settled on having it at our house, then heading over to the model trains from our house for the rest of the birthday party. We'll see how it works. Yesterday and Friday, I caught up on a massive backlog of chores and things. I'm hoping to start fresh today and follow my routine. I have my days kind of loosely mapped out so that every piece of responsibility has a time where I get it done. It relieves stress for me, because I don't run around and try to get everything done. Because I know I have a time for it where it will get done. Haven't been following it because of all the random parties, events, trips, and other things going on. But I have two weeks without any major events to deal with so I'm hoping I can just focus on getting the house running smoothly and try to maintain some balance.

In other news, I tried bountiful basket food coop this week and was impressed. A ton of fruits and veggies for only $15 and the quality is excellent! They never tell you what you'll get so it's a surprise. I'm hoping it will spur me to try some new things and find new recipes!

    Have a great Sunday everyone!

Hope new doc works out Sherry!

I have been putting away a ton of clothes and had to stop because back was hurting from bending over so much.

Went for walk on my new trail with a few sprints of jog. Pretty out here today.
