    New Attack is posted and member's list is updated. We had a fantastic week! For the first time we ended up with the same amount of players at the end of the week as at the beginning. We lost one and gained one that was thought lost.     Forgot to post this Week's goals:

    1-Maintain at Calorie Target (+/- 20)
    2-No alcohol
    3-HYDRATE!

    Ok..those lateral hops on the attack are the hardest thing yet! Why?! It looks so easy. I can only do small on both legs but only large on 1. I'll try again tomrw.

    Keeping my previous goals. Feeling more "alive" but still recovering from last weeks sickness. Thank god we got another pass.... I might have to use it.

    Goals:
    1) At least 64 oz of h2o
    2) At least 60g of protein
    3) Get at least 6 hours of sleep a day

    Goals:

    1) Hit 100 pound weight loss this week
    2) Minimum 64 oz daily. I still struggle with this and find myself guzzling it all at the end of the day. :-/
    3) 6 hours of sleep a night. This is still difficult as well, my brain just won't shut off to allow me to sleep no matter how tired I am. I refuse to take pills to sleep either. I've been doing good with keeping it in the 6 hour "ball park" so hopefully it will become a habit!!

    Goals for November 22-28:

    1) Eat at maintenance for the week
    2) Finish Fiery Gizzard Trail Marathon in 6:30 or under
    3) Plan new workouts for December

    Well, we have a lucky 13 living players and several zombies left playing. Tonight's winner is obvious. :smiley: Do NOT click the spoiler link if you haven't seen the episode.
    Winners are Team Glenn and Maggie who are also partnered with Sasha and Tara. There is only one surviving member on that team. Congrats maphammonds!

    1) decorate every day
    2) go to gym 3x
    3) go to bed before midnight

    I'm going to change up my goals a little this week. I have been keeping steady with my others, but with Thanksgiving this week, I think I best change them up.
    1) Total of 75K steps for the week
    2) Drink at least 64oz of water a day
    3) Go to bed before 10:30 pm every night (I get up at 4am)
