My 3 goals are:
1) Stay under NET 1900 a day 6/7 days a week
2) Do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5/7 days a week
3) Take my medicine as prescribed 7/7 days. (Including my Sunday shot.)

Changing my 3 personal goals for next week (10/25 - 10/31) to:

1) Stay under NET calories for week
2) Exercise enough to compensate in advance if I plan to drink
3) 2 Zumba classes and sign up at YMCA

1. Stay under net calories for the week.
2. Go to the gym twice.
3. Do my fitness blender routines.

New Attack is posted and member's list is updated. We had a fantastic week! For the first time we ended up with the same amount of players at the end of the week as at the beginning. We lost one and gained one that was thought lost.
