Started Shredding 6/17/2013

Hello all; today is day 7 week 1. Been following the Shred diet all week. Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow. I know I've lost a few I just feel it. I've tried other diets (weightwatchers) did ok on that gained it back. But my goal is 38 lbs. to lose. I want my old High school weight back. Got a reunion coming up in October....lol See what happens.
