No fasting but lots of walking in Dublin as hard core tourists.

First meet with Perrijoshua and Twelve sticks. On Wednesday Loupgarou will join us and on Friday Kcangela. So amazing to meet some of my mfp besties in person!

Have a great time on your trip, @Flumi_f! Got a fitbit one today! Fun! I have been trying to make a choice for months and months. Just have to try to figure out how to sync it to MFP. Fast day for me tomorrow. Cheers!

I had my first fast of the week yesterday. I woke up hungry, which isn't a good sign, but managed to get through it without gnawing on my left arm ;-) As I am close to goal, I've decided to just continue with 5:2 as is and see what happens. I've also got a few dr appts that include lab work...very interested to see how my weight loss has affected my health from that standpoint. One of the things that really attracted me to IF were the health implications beyond weight loss.

@flossyruby1, great job getting through a tough fast! Fast day for me today. Working on my tea, so good on these cold days! Fitbit is fun, I got all synced up with MFP. Now I am just trying to figure out how it will benefit my losses. I think I have to get my head around all the numbers first. It is nice to see how active I am and I think it will encourage me to be more active, so that's a plus. Happy fasting everyone.

Having a fantastic time with my mfp buddies in and around Dublin. After two years of online communication and lots of ups and downs in all our lives, it's like we've known each other for ages even though it's our first face to face meet.

Cool how Internet friendships can become real :)
