Hi all.....official post for your weekly weigh in. Post your stats in this thread for week 1 weigh in any time between Monday 5th and Sunday 11th Oct. I am counting this as week 1 weigh in as looking back over last week's posts....it looks like pretty much everyone was just declaring a starting weight.
I've not done well this week (poorly daughter with Chicken Pox!) so:
SW: 13st 11.6
CW: 13st 12.4
0.8 lb GAIN!! eek....not a good start but I hope you have all done better
