Time to get back to working out! My jeans are getting too tight, and I stepped on the scale yesterday. I gained 10lbs. Fire 30 and Stretch 10 this morning. I am not going to lie...it kicked my behind!

A little sore but I still knocked out Fire 30 and Sculpt 30. My 3 year old decided to join me for all of 30 seconds during the Sculpt workout. I guess he wasn't ready for Chalene lol.

Great to see you back Lexi! Your kid stories crack me up. I just have cats that stare at me or wander bravely under my feet lol

Coach, hope you are feeling better.

Just wanted to check in and cheer you on, I'm still here, just in limbo mentally with this whole job thing.

    Have a great day!

Thanks and it is good to be back! Coach, I hope you feel better too. The back to school cooties made a couple of rounds through my house and finally decided to leave.

I knocked out Fire 30 after walking the older kids the school and walking to Walmart with my 3 year old. He now makes sure to set up my workout for me (Mommy, I can help you with your workout!)

Have a great day on purpose!

    On a roll Lexi!

Looking at restarting Turbo Fire in 2016. Right now, January 4th is my start date. Will fine tune it more when I get closer.

    Have a wonderful day!

Finished up Fire 30. I'll have to do Sculpt 30 tonight because a certain toddler wants to go for a walk to the store (ride in the stroller as I push him up hills).

    Have a great day!

Hello Lexi and Amy. I must apologize for starting then getting quiet again. It's been a hell of a year.

I don't even know where to begin. As you know in addition to teaching students with learning disabilities and emotional disabilities I coach football and track. I love my daily routine. It is not a job.

I don't remember if I mentioned this in any posts earlier but one of our senior football players was involved in a car accident and passed away in August, just as football practice was beginning. This young man lived down the street from me and grew up friends with my son. Needless to say, my son took it very hard. The week before Thanksgiving another one of our senior football players was in a car accident and he too passed away. He also was friends with my son. These young men didn't die immediately. Both were in ICU for 4-5 days as their families had to make the difficult decision regarding their life.

With the flood sandwiched in between these tragedies and all, life has kind of taken a stand still.

In the meantime I have been walking, which is great therapy and supporting my son as well as the young people I deal with daily. I am headed to the beach this weekend to celebrate 26 years of marriage and much needed rest and relaxation. Nothing beats 72 degree weather in December and some beach therapy.

I will continue walking and lifting weights and sprinkle a TF workout in as possible. I like the January 4 start date and will start 2016 with a bang.

You all have a great weekend!

Coach, you had mentioned that, what a horrible loss for you, your family and your community. I am sorry.

Happy 26th Anniversary, that is amazing! Enjoy the beach.

We are having a strange December here in NY. It was in the 60's over the weekend and xmas is suppose to be around 65!! I love it.

I haven't been logging much either, too much going on in my life right now.

My new job starts January 18th, I have a few weeks off in between. I cannot wait, I have not had 18 days in a row off since my Summer vacation of my Junior year in high school!!! I hope it doesn't go by too quickly.

January 4th ~ Fire 30 will probably be where I jump back in.

    Have a great day!

Are you going to follow the program or do a hybrid?

The beach was absolutely awesome. We went to Sunset Beach, NC. Once you cross the waterway via bridge you are on an island with nothing but houses. No stores, restaurants, bars, banks, anything. It is so serene. We fell in love with it. It was our first time ever there. The weather was terrific.

Next week we'll be headed to Florida and the following week we'll go to Ohio visiting our friends and family. I always enjoy being home for the holidays, so this will be different.

    Hello Coach and Amy!

Coach, you have my deepest sympathies regarding the losses of your students.

Amy, congratulations on the new job! Also the pond looks wonderful!

I have been trying to stay motivated with TF but the late nights from doing class work to the early mornings trying to get kids ready for school is kicking my behind. I finally got hired as a substitute teacher for a local school district so it will be back to work for me in the new year. It is going to be an adjustment for the boys because they re used to me walking them to and from school every day. The fun part will be trying to arrange morning childcare for the 4 that go to school.

I won't be following any schedule exactly, just picking out workouts as I go  Monday - Friday. I need to get back to TF and back to walking, my Fitbit hasn't seen 10,000 steps in quite a while

Are you still going to get a Fitbit for next year Coach?

Your vacation sounds like it was perfect. I hope your Florida trip is too.

Congratulations on your new job Lexi. Any luck finding morning daycare? That's a handful!

    TGIF!

Sounds like you have your hands full Lexi. I know you'll get through it. I still haven't got my Fitbit but I think I will when we get back home. I really want it. Visiting is fun but I am yearning for my own bed. I miss the dogs too.

Happy New Year! We start back with TurboFire for real :# All this slacking off I have been doing has caught up to me. I'll be starting my new assignment tomorrow as a substitute teacher's aid for the whole month. I also passed my grad school class with a B and classes start back up this week too. As my mom says "Back to life, back to reality"

Congrats passing your Grad school class. I'm excited about 2016. My youngest son graduates HS in May and my oldest gets married in October. I need a new suit and I want one in a smaller size!
