Laura - At least you're eating well. Stress always makes me feel sluggish and gross. I just want to crawl into bed and sleep all the time whe im stressed!

Marla - I should probably clarify something. It's not that my hubby doesn't do anything. He does plenty to help out. He's a very generous soul. He just spend the day getting our son's bike ready, taking the girls for a bike ride, emptying the dish washer, etc. The problem is that he is working full time, and attending school. So he works long hours, has to come home and do a bunch of homework, and then try to fit in time with me and the kids, all while still try no to keep up with house and car repairs and such. The problem is that he literally does not have time to help out the way he would like to.

Didn't do my run, and then overslept so didn't get up early to bike yesterday. Was feeling like a total bum.m But after dropping the kids off, hubby asked if we could go on a bike ride together. It's finally nice enough to ride outside during the day so we did. It was a lot of fun and a good workout! Had another PTO meeting last night, had some pizza but was still well within my calories for the day.

This morning I have an 8 mile run, then got to get the kids to school, and going to get some grocery shopping done. Hoping to have the rest of the day be restful. :)

    Happy Friday everyone!

Val that's exactly how I feel. And just looking at those stairs in the thread starter make me want to take a nap. LOL.

You've got so much going on right now I don't know how you even keep it straight. The bike ride sounds great, and I hope you were able to get in your run this morning.

I did not work out last night, and I set my alarm to do it this morning and didn't this morning either. I have a massage after work so I don't anticipate doing a workout tonight either. Tomorrow though my trainer has me doing a swim/bike/run workout, and it will be the first time I've done all 3 together. The pool in my town is only open from 7:30-8:45 so that will get me up & moving pretty early, but that's only half a mile from my house so that beats waiting until later & having to drive 25 miles to the next closest pool.

Two for massage! I have appt today leaving soon! One great thing about this area is massage school in Arcata so its easy to find cheap good massage from a graduate or only $25 from a student. I am going to a graduate I found at the school last Feb.

Val forgot he worked and school, no wonder no time! You must be glad its coming to a end then to work only!

I have fatigue really bad today, at least I can lay there at massage. I did a good walk yesterday again but taking today off till I get some energy back. Fighting sinus stuff since I moved here.

Just reading your schedule Val makes me tired! lol

    Off to get pampered! :)

Hi all. Sorry for absence. Feeling totally out of it right now. Zonked. Yesterday was lower activity/higher stress day...so no activity/exercise but not exactly "rest day" either. :(. Today was another one of my epic step count days with way too much running around (and literally running to not be late a couple times) But I aced my stress test, although I could FEEL it and could tell if I'd been running, I'd struggled less at the end. And anyway I've got sick so sniffles didn't help either. :( leg still a problem but might need to slowly start running anyway seein as how it ain't gettin better anyway. :( sorry for all the sad smileys. At least it's the weekend!
