Well 5 days to go until Portugal...SOOOOO GIDDY!!

Monday - 40 mins Target Toning (thighs, bum, abs, arms) & 60 mins Insanity Max Plyo

Tuesday - Rest Day

Wednesday - 45 mins NMTZ & 50 mins Insanity Cardio Conditioning & 20 mins Insanity Cardio Abs

Thursday - 40 mins Target Toning & 60 mins Insanity Max Circuit

Friday - 45 mins NMTZ & 60 mins Insanity Max Plyo & 40 mins Insanity Core Cardio & Balance

Saturday (we fly today @ 8:40pm) - 40 mins Target Toning & 60 mins Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning & 20 mins Insanity Cardio Abs

Sunday - I WILL BE IN PORTUGAL BUT REST ASSURED FIRST THING EVERY MORNING WHILST THERE I PLAN ON THE FOLLOWING - 30 min length swimming and 3 rounds of interval training

HAVE A GREAT WEEK EVERYONE :-)

    The rest of the week is going to be played by ear. My MIL is suppose to be coming two days this week and we are going to workout together and I will most likely throw in some other workouts somewhere in there.

    That's exciting, Katie, are you happy with how you look for your vacation after all your hard work?

    I've been doing ok getting in exercise most days but I've also been stuffing my face with too much junk. I expect I'll have gained a couple of pounds by the time I get back home.

    Monday - walking - completed
    Tuesday - walking and exercise bands - completed
    Wednesday - walking
    Thursday - walking and exercise bands
    Friday - elliptical
    Saturday - walking

    Now only 3 more days to go...

    I am really excited and I am feel better about my body then I did at the beginning of the year so Ill definitely feel much more comfortable in a bikini!! :-)

    Tuesday - Rest Day - DONE - went for a curry for a leaving do at work tonight so I went over on my kcal for the day :-( but I went for the healthiest possible options at a curry house - chicken tikka for starters, chicken bhuna and roti for main

    I am so excited for you Katie! You have definitely worked hard the past couple of months. I really hope you have the time of your life showing off all your hard work. :happy:

    The MIL never showed this week for working out, so I plan on just running through some lifts a little latter today for a workout.
