Today was supposed to be Max Interval Circuit but I'm behind. I did Core Cardio and Balance. I'm going to try to get my fit test in this evening if I don't go to boot camp, otherwise I'll stay behind.

I can't believe. 2 weeks to go. Amazing that I haven't quit. But it has become more difficult to stick to it because I'm getting bored. I actually liked the fact that I had Core Cardio and Balance, that's one of my favorites.

Is anyone else getting bored?

Its my last week, im so excited to finish this programme and then rest for a week.

My body has changed and my core is so much stronger, I had a weird moment this saturday where I noticed my stomach had changed shape, my abs are solid and its slowly starting to show.

All that hard work you are putting in is changing your body for me under the layer of fat that is left believe me your core is so strong.

    Keep going not long now!

I know I'm going to do another round but I'm going to order Focus T25 and do that while I'm training for my first half marathon. I'm sending my copy of Insanity to my bestfriend's daughter inlaw once I'm done and she'll bring it back to me in September when she goes to visit them.

I will not give up and I will earn my shirt.

I am not bored but, the time commitment for the longer workouts is becoming more difficult to adhere to. I have so many other demands on my time from work to family. Month 1 workout times was just perfect. I wanted to do another round of Insanity but, I have time constraint issues. Will definitely look into getting the Focus T25 program. I am already sold by the shorter workout time. I do not mind the Intensity.

No workout for me this morning, but it will be done this evening. The 10 hour drive back from our weekend get away really did me in and I needed the rest this morning.

I think the few days I have had away will help me to drive through the last two weeks. I had missed a few of last weeks workouts and I told myself that if I stuck to my calorie goal while away I wouldn't have to repeat last week. Well until yesterday I had done well in staying under and even creating small deficits. However, yesterday was not so well. But when I stepped on the scales this morning I had lost over a pound so I gave myself a reprieve and will move onto week 3.

I'm not getting bored. But the longer workouts are difficult to fit in, I used to use my daughter's nap for doing them but now when they last for an hour I often have to switch to evenings which gives me less time to do other things that need to be done, too.
I completed today's workout yesterday so I actually only need to do Fit Test but I might do something more because I am close to my calorie limit already and it's only 3pm ;)

Fit Test completed. I considered postponing this one because I am having a slight discomfort in my right shoulder but I pushed through and it seems that it didn't influence my results. I improved on most exercises, remained at the same level during globe jumps and switch kicks. I will post my results in the sticky thread.

One other reason why I considered not doing the test was my fear of not improving. I did not want to get discouraged. I am glad I challenged myself.

Finished Max Interval Circuit earlier. I put it off till after 1 and hadn't eaten anything all day so I felt like I was going to pass out by the end of it, and I wasn't too happy with my food choices of a hot dog after but I needed something quick. I'm finding the hour work out harder to fit in too, I know it's just an hour but it seems like it takes up more of my day than it really does. Still need to do the fit test, I was considering not doing it but think I'm gonna go ahead and fit it in later. It's hard to do a second workout after an hour of max interval.

Just completed the fit test. Did about the same as before, except much better on the jumping jack pushups. Wasn't even that tired by the end of it, but I don't think I get my best results when I have to do the fit test on a day with a work out.

One exciting thing after taking my measurements I found a notebook where I'd written down my measurements last year and weighed 10-12 lbs less and compared them to today's and they were the same and some even smaller. With the scale being so discouraging and not losing any real weight during insanity that makes all this hard work worth it.
