Low Carb, Moderate Protein and High Fat Meal Plans

Anybody else on the above mentioned diet? I'm keeping my carbs below 50g, protein around 100g or so and fat doesn't really matter as long as it's good fat. Would love to swap some recipes and meal plans! I try to get at least one weeks meal plan done at a time (:

    Hi @taylorcramer3 . I am on LCHF. I have been doing this WOE since mid-summer, and love it!. Lots of health benefits. I aim to keep my carbs below 50/day (though weekends are tough), and only pay attention to increasing protein on work-out days. I try to plan ahead by a week, but am not the best meal planner. I do keep the fridge/freezer stocked with meat and veggies, so it's easy to throw together a quick and easy meal even on short notice. I would love to see your meal plan as I am always in need of ideas!
