PHASE 2!!

Hey y'all,

I started IP in the beginning of May. I was 189 pounds and had about 44% body fat. As of this morning, I am now at 125 and 20% body fat!!! So...my coach put me on phase 2!! Woo!!!

But now I'm kind of freaking out. All through phase 1 I had to split up my protein throughout the day because 8oz all at once was way too much for me. And now I have to DOUBLE my protein (plus add an extra 2-3oz on workout days).

And I'm a vegetarian so protein is already a struggle. My main sources of protein have been eggs/egg whites, tofu, and some coach-approved vegetarian "meats".

Anyways...how did you all get in all of this protein during phase 2? I'm planning my meals for tomorrow and this seems absolutely ridiculous!
