Hey!

(First -- this thread exists in a group that I moderate on Myfitnesspal. It is not in the public forums and consequently this advertisement for my coaching is not against MFP forum rules. It is against forum rules to post in the main forums).

So one of the reasons I haven't been posting as much on MFP is that I'm much busier with the coaching business. I'm making some things a bit more efficient and also putting more of my time into coaching, so as time goes on I'm also able to take on a few more people.

I'm currently hovering around 20 clients, one of whom is pregnant (not you Ben) and must take a leave. So I'll have 1 slot beginning in November with a possible 2-3 (total) openings by then (can't take on any new people until then however).

And this isn't the typical marketing bullcrap where people say "hurry I've only got 2 slots!!". I don't want to bite off more than I can chew and I have a family and other business commitments so my capacity isn't the same as some other coaches in the business who can take on 50+

I've also added a private facebook group (not the ETP main page) that is just for my clients. It's primarily a support network for everyone and we also share recipies and socialize/etc.

I currently charge $125 per month with no extended commitment. 30 minute Skype session one-on-one every other week at a minimum (more as needed pending availability). Unlimited IM contact on Skype (several of my clients message me daily).

I used to provide an itemized list of the things I do such as program design, technique feedback by video submission (client sends videos for review), providing calorie and macronutrient guidelines and continual adjusting, but honestly that's the sort of easy stuff.

But what I'm really going to do in addition to all of that is establish a relationship with you.

I'm going to use my experience with previous clients and the knowledge I've gained by learning from other coaches to provide you with the tools you need to succeed and to help address issues you face along the way.

I'm going to steer you away from the *kitten* and give you objective and rational feedback.

I'm going to answer your questions when I can, and find the answers when I can't.

I'm going to listen to you and do my best to work with you help you improve.

I'm going to care about you as a person first and a client second, and I will always keep your best interest in mind.

Finally, I require a meeting before agreeing to work with anyone. We set up a time on Skype, we go over your goals and my services and that's where it starts.

You can PM me here if you're reading this through MFP or you can message me on facebook at the ETP page.

Feel free to post any questions here as well.

I can't recommend Patrick enough. He has provided me the knowledge and guidance to reach my goals and instilled confidence in myself. He has guided me through a cut, helping me get leaner and stronger than I ever thought possible. Then a lean bulk followed by maintenance/recomp while recovering from shoulder surgery and recently a mini-cut. Along the way he has reached out to other world class coaches and athletes and gleaned knowledge from them directly related to helping me reach my goals based on my history and personal preferences.
The biggest benefit I have received from working with him is "buying-in" to the process and having my mind at ease along the way. He has worked with me to come up with strength training programming I enjoy and reasonable calorie/diet suggestions.
He will not give you a cookie-cutter exercise routine or diet plan. From what he has shared with me about others and the clients I have become friends with, it's clear that he has a knack for connecting with individuals and personalizing a plan that is sustainable and gratifying.
I can't believe it's been over 1.5 years since Patrick first offered to help me in Feb. 2014. My weight has gone up and down as planned with minimum stress. I've gained 2.5 inches around my legs, more than doubled my squat and deadlift. I'm still building back my upper body after shoulder surgery and looking forward to more changes. Here's a collage from over the years.
