Happy Monday!
I went to the gym and did 30 mins on the elliptical and 25 minutes of weight training. I plan to stay within my calories today and drink at least 70 oz. of water.

I started my weighing myself today and giving myself a kick start so back to healthy eating and drinking lots of water too xxxx0

My Weigh in Days are on Wedesday, so I usually consider that the start of my week...so this week I would REALLY like to keep my water drinking up and OVER what I normally do...lately it seems I've been slacking off with only 7 glasses a day (which is HUGE compared to what I started with) but now that I know that I can do 9-10 glasses (8oz glasses) I want to try and do that for the next 7 days in a row!0
