I have tried it both ways and it seems I do better if I eat back at least most of the calories I burn through exercise. Just curious what everyone does and how it works for them.

Happy Monday! I went to the gym and did 30 mins on the elliptical and 25 minutes of weight training. I plan to stay within my calories today and drink at least 70 oz. of water.
