Shakes / Smoothies

I was looking for a way to get more vitamins and general fibre into my diet.
The issues I faced was most of the shake/smoothie recipes were fruit based or were just juiced so they contained no fibre.

If you find it tough to eat your greens and haven't pooped for days then look no further.

Things you will need.
- Blender/Blitzer which if possible can crush ice

Ingredients
-1 Whole cucumber
-50g spinach
-50-70g curly kale
-ice

You can buy a 500g bag of kale and spinach and portion it up then whack it in the freezer, that way you don't need any extra ice.

I usually make mine in a protein shaker bottle (700ml) and fill to the top with water.
