eeekkkkkk..... I don't know if I should try the plank until my body recovers from the abuse I gave it yesterday doing yard work at my mom's. 7 hours of abuse - 6.6 miles on my pedometer, digging potatoes, alot of walking, 2 hours of push mowing and an hour of carrying a 45 pound gas powered harnessed into weed eater!!!
BUT... enough excuses. I will try the wall squats this week.0 -

Tried harder this morning - wall squat 59 secs Plank 1min5sec -0

Getting difficult to progress but managed wall squat 1min5sec and Plank 1min10sec. Daily recording is helping me try to improve - thanks @kayjosh24220

Thanks for encouragement. Unfortunately a very difficult week at work, prevented me sticking with it. Think I will start again on Monday as challenge 60
