I figured i would get into this tonight so it was there for you all tomorrow! Post your little goals for a great week!

Mini goal for the week: track your water/fluid intakes! It is so easy to leave yourself dehydrated which can leave you hungry, fatigued, headaches!

    Hi everyone! Here goes another week.

    1. Go to the gym 4 times
    2. Walk at least 5000 steps 5 times
    3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day 7 times

    Mini goal not a problem as I drink 10-12 glasses a day routinely.

    My goals this week:
    1. Follow the Hunger Fix detox meal plan to eliminate gluten from diet. I will do this by planning ahead and packing meals the night before.
    2. Curves Monday, Wednesday and Thursday after work.
    3. 20 minutes a day meditating.

    My goals for this week:

    1. Drink 80 oz of water daily a least;
    2. Get 8 hrs of sleep at least 5 days this week;
    3. Up my steps to 8,000 daily. (It has been 7,000 as a goal over the past month).

    I like the goals i see :)

    My goals
    1) log my food all week
    2) up my steps to over 2000 per day (its sad i know)
    3) nurse my cold so that i get better sooner
    4) keep drinking water

    I hate being sick :(

    Another successful day despite intense cravings for bread or just about anything made with flour. Headaches and general anxiety worse too...(sigh).

    Sorry I've been so silent, but I'm working overtime at work and that has me really tired with no extra time. Here's my update.

    1. Go to the gym 4 times (Completed)
    2. Walk at least 5000 steps 5 times (actually got 7 times in this week. )
    3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day 7 times (did it, yay! )
