So, I need advice.

Last Wednesday, as I began my W8D1, 15 minutes into it I tripped and fell. I haven’t ran since because I scrapped my knees pretty bad.
Yesterday, I went for a walk, and my knee would buckle and tighten at the same time. Then I got to thinking that it was happening before my fall too, not as much, but every now at then. After the accident it’s been a little more. Happened often yesterday.
I’m wondering if this is something I should be concerned about? To me, it was just yknow, running in pavement type of stuff, and from the fall. But my friend mentioned a torn ACL and to go get checked before getting active again? And that got me concerned some.
I was wondering if any of you have any experiences or advice to share.

Get that checked out by a sports MD. I've had ligament problems in the past with my knee and I know that buckling feeling. Mine was the LCL and healed with lots of rest & ice.0
