    I love Quest bars, but the cost here in Australia sucks. $5.25 each or $45 for a box of 12. So, they're a special treat these days.

    $5.25! Whoa! That is quite a splurge... That's worse than Canadian prices I bet. LOL

    I tend not to buy things with many ingredients. For years the only bar I bought was Lara Bars (they generally have dates, nuts and two or three other ingredients like coconut) but I stopped eating them because they have a day's worth of carbs for me.
