Not weak on weekends!

I am starting this thread so we can help each other stay on track during the weekends! The weekends is when I struggle and usually crash and burn!

    I always have something planned on the weekends. This weekend I am taking my mom out to dinner for her bday. I do not plan on drinking!

    Ugh, yes, the weekends are the WORST. I am quite disciplined during the week but have a tough time logging and "behaving" during the weekend. We are super social and get together with friends almost every Friday and Saturday night, which means drinks and food galore. It's our hobby in our circle of friends!

    I need to limit myself to 2 drinks per weekend day (Friday/Saturday). It is soooo hard to do.

    Yes!! We go out with friends or my husband and I just like to hang out in the city, go to a nice restaurant and just relax but that turns into multiple drinks and lots of food. But we can do this!
