This is week 3 of my LCHF, is it possible im still losing water weight?
I feel like I'm dropping weight so fast. I've been in ketosis almost ever since I started.

I don't have a clue....( I know, it's so helpful of me to post)... but does it matter?

The water weight loss is mostly a function of sodium loss. So if you've been good about keeping sodium intake levels high, there's not much water loss.

Also, if you exercise and sweat a lot, then you'll probably see a lot of water-based weight fluctuations. I would gain and lose 2-3 lbs a day just based on exercise.

If your hunger and cravings are suppressed, the fat loss is real. :)

One thing that has been obvious to me from the first few weeks was that I have felt thinner than ever before. The scale hasn't shown the drop that it looks like I have. Burning up that belly fat has made that difference for me. Where I never felt this with a sad diet.
