I drink them occasionally. I use it as a pick me up when I'm dragging a little bit (this is usually because I haven't been drinking enough water or getting enough sodium). Or just when I want something hot to drink and don't want coffee or tea. And it's really nice to drink on a cold day, curled up on the couch with a book. Reminds me of my mom drinking cup'o'soup.0

I hadn't had them in a long time, but before low carb, I always use to have one in my desk drawer like a salt lick. LOL
I prefer the powder while at work, because who wants to wait for the cube to dissolve? It doesn't seem to have any more carbs, and the granules if they still make them would be good too. Both are "damp" and "clumpy" like the cubes, so I don't think there are any fillers that i can tell.
I've been adding it back in once a day, because I went on a carb bender last weekend and have been having the joys of readapting. I had dropped them for a while before that though, somewhere around month 4 or 5 I think. Just depends.
Oh, and as per soup, stirring in a TBSP of butter can make a yummy addition to a salty fat bomb... LOL0 -

I do, I do.
Almost every day.
Because I like it.
You're Welcome!
It's 750mg salt I don't have to worry about.
I drink it in place of coffee at work.
I get chicken with spice & herbs, way better than plain chicken.
Well worth the 1 carb.OR
