For the past couple years Thanksgiving has been potluck at my son's house. He and his gf have recently decided to become vegetarians. They do eat grains/beans which I do not currently eat. I am doing keto, generally under 50 carbs/day.
In the past I've brought the turkey.
Any ideas for what I could bring? Last year I gave them a set of beautiful electric food warmers, so maybe a fondue with veggies for dipping? One of the warmers has 3 separate ceramic warming bowls so I could include 3 kinds of cheeses.

How about a dessert? Do they eat dairy? You can bring a yummy keto dessert. Also, dips are a great idea.0

They eat dairy but no sugar. I agree dips are a great idea, maybe a bacon spinach dip.0

If they are vegetarian, a bacon dip won't go over well. LOL!0 -

You might look over here:

Search them or ask them. And I bet Mr. Google would offer some blogs who have recipes.0 -

I bought some of those bacon crispies but they are fake. Got two giant prepper size cans of them cheap from the Aubuson (sp?) company that sells on Walmart.com
Shoulda mentioned, lol

How about spinach artichoke dip? Or a cheese ball? Cauliflower mash? Pesto? Also, fried cauli-rice? Sorry, I can keep throwing out ideas...0

You had me at 3 different gooey, melty, cheeses...

Yeah, the spinach artichoke is a great idea, thanks, better than the spinach faux bacon idea, even if the bacon is fake as KnitOrMiss aptly observed it might not go over well.
BTW, I LOVE bacon, I just buy the faux bits because bacon is fairly expensive here. It is not the same, but for salads and veggies it does OK.0
