Gaining weight after surgery

I had a my surgery in 2008. A year ago start gaining weight again. I was 250lb, now I am 197lb

    I forget to said that my lowest weight was 165lb

    I had my surgery in 2008 also. Highest weight was 298, day of surgery 283, lowest weight 158 now I'm ~205, down from 234 in August. Sucks to regain but I feel like I'm back in the right track now eating low carb and exercising. Good luck to you.
