Weekly Weigh-In and goal sheet?

I can create a weekly weigh-in and goal sheet for everyone to keep track of their progress. Would this be something people would like to have or would you all rather just use the discussion threads?

That is a link to the spreadsheet. If you posted in the Introduce Yourself & Your Goal thread then I have already added you. If not just add yourself in the next row. If you cannot work the spreadsheet let me know, I can add it in for you. I added Steps and Workouts as "Goals." If you wish me to add another Goal, just let me know and I will work on it.
