Today, I had the new Atkins italian-style pasta bake for lunch (about $3.50 at Wal-mart). According to the package, it is good for ALL Atkins phases. It was very good and I will definitely buy it again.

    Thanks for sharing. I've seen the meals at my local grocer but have yet to try them. I wasn't sure a out the flavors because of the processing, so I guess I'll try the pasta bake first!
