Hey guys/gals!

I'm getting the Vsg in February 2016 and I have started my diet with meal replacements twice a day I'm looking for some Aussie friends to help me on my journey.

    How are you doing? Are you in a lot of pain? Are you able to swallow fluids?

    I moved to thickened fluids today - woot woot!!!! The first week was crazy painful and uncomfortable..... but its all starting to settle down now. I'm back at work today but might end up doing a half day...

    Well hello! I'm being sleeved on the 9th of December this year and would LOVE some new friends who're in the same boat. 47yo, live in North Queensland, have previously lost 40kg on MFP but am slowly putting it back on hence getting WLS. I'm so over diets, being hungry and feeling guilty about gaining weight.

    Overrrrr it, I tell you.
