Cardio or strength training on fast days?

I'm not sure anyone can give you a definitive answer with the science to back it up. I've done both but nothing super strenuous and had no ill effects. Some self experimentation may be the best approach, all the while listening to your body. Best wishes on your journey to great health.0

Either / neither / both.
I've used a fast day as a rest/recovery day but also done everything up to a two hour very fast cycle.
But beware that it takes time to acclimatise. At first I used to get dizzy and wobbly after even moderate exercise but adapted to fasted training over a period of months until it felt no different to training fully fuelled.
