One of the problems with Wheat

I just found out that wheat is sprayed with Roundup a couple days before harvest. This hastens the death of the wheat plant making the grain more available for harvesting. What this means is that anyone who eats a wheat product made from american grow wheat is also eating a minute portion of Roundup. This is one of the big reasons for wheat allergies. Wheat products made from wheat grown in other parts of the world are not as toxic as american wheat. Barley is also treated this way. My consumption of grains is very limited, I eat primarily rice and use rice flour mixtures. The only safe alternative is to buy organic. When buying organic, one has to determine if the product was truly grown organically or if it just another scam.
