Ice Cream?

Anyone ever make ice cream with Splenda? I recently got a Cuisinart ice cream maker and made ice cream once with it prior to keto, and it was really good. Would like to do that again if Splenda would work.

    I try to avoid AS so have no idea about splenda, but ice cream with stevia works without problem for me. In small quantity and as part of a meal it doesn't even affect my blood sugars. It's a special occasion treat but I really love it.

    I actually have my ice cream maker going right now with chocolate ice cream sweetened with stevia. Have another 20 minutes to go and then I can let you know if its any good

    Actually had some homemade salted caramel chocolate chunk ice cream for dinner tonight! I believe I used mostly swerve (erythritol) in mine; however, I have seen many, many recipes online that call for splenda so I know it's possible to make ice cream with that too!
