    I have been absent for while now. I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things. I have't gone totally off the deep end and am about the same weight as when I stopped logging. I'm not sure if I'm 100% on board for logging yet, but worth a try. I tried detoxing from sugar and lasted only two days before everything fell off the wheels. My emotions were so bad almost left my family. I've talked to my doctor and they are doing some blood work to see if I'm going thru early menopause, or if there is any other reason to cause mass emotion meltdown 7-10 days before the TOM. As this type of thing has been happening and getting worse, I'm sure the last one was compounded by trying to sugar detox.

    Now after that rant about myself Here is my beginner goal.

    Drink water. I have been lax at that lately, especially on my days off at home. I still drink 750-1000 first thing in the morning but then peter off. At work I tend to have a bottle at my desk which reminds me, but I have a habit of forgetting that when at home. And starting Wednesday I'm working from home and/or unemployed, so I need to make it a habit again for drinking at home.

    Halloween treats are truly evil...they are everywhere and they are attached to so many memories which is difficult for an emotional eater like me. So, I just try to stay away from the stores that have the huge displays of candy and I don't hand out candy on Halloween. It's pencils, apples and small fun things for the few trick or treaters that stop.

    My goal this week is to see the dr. I have to get a new one as the one I've had for the last 15 years is so busy I can't get an appt til mid January. Ugh.

    Ok week. Seeing Dr today so I met my goal. Actually I exceeded it as I replaced my Jawbone Up even though I was going to wait to see if the price of the Jawbone 3 drops on Black Friday/Cyber Monday. It was only $30 so I got it. I can then wait til the Jawbone 3 drops and I can benefit from the tracking and goal setting features while I do.

    Quiet week!
    Sorry i didnt really make it here i had an amazingly messed up week! You know your life is in the dumps when your therapist tells you its not a good bet to keep doing your sessions! Yikes
    New week tomorrow. And i never even posted my goals oh my
