In the interest of making this challenge as interactive as possible from Monday 0.25 points will be awarded to a logging entry (maximum 0.25 per day), logging rest days up front also counts, this means just for logging you can claim 1.75 points a week just for logging.
If you log several back days in one entry this will count as a single 0.25 point award. It's really just to reward those who take the trouble to keep updating, call it the frequent rider bonus if you like
Note: logging bonus will be awarded automatically, no need to declare this in your logging entry.0 -

Just FYI: Swim, run, weights, and functional strength training fit in the "missing" days! But they don't count here which is okay as this is a cycling challenge. I cycle indoors or outdoors typically 3 times per week (sometimes 4) to fit in the other sport activities as well.
I also take it a daily entry would be preferable than a "grouped" entry of several days? That's what I understood from your notes earlier on this. Feel free to "correct" me if I have it wrong (and I am trying to remember the "correct" day-month-year sequence.....it's typically treated differently over across the pond in this former colony.

Thanks Shane for logging, great pic but the picture bonus is only valid for remembrance related, soldier parades, poppies etc, to remember our old warriors of past and the amazing sacrifices they made for us and our freedom and freedom to ride .
For days where you do two or more rides just add a calorie total i.e:

A daily entry is ideal, a single entry is fine but logging with a history of a reasonable amount of past rides is useful too, if I see the past several rides I can double check the figures.
