When it comes to increases in FTP results you need to provide a screen shot of this to support it, I don't doubt you on this but anyone can put my FTP improved without showing some kind of supporting evidence, with Zwift this should be easy as it shows the result on screen which you can screen grab.
I'll allow this but all FTP increases from here on in on logs should show some kind of supporting evidence.0 -

I checked it, using Strava...
from the power curve plot of your ride... https://www.strava.com/activities/464726391/power-curve
we can see your 20 minute power is 315w. FTP is 95% of your 20 minute power - i.e. 315*.95 = 299.25 Watts. Which supports the 299 claimed. For Future, at the end of the FTP, there's a "well-done" screen that shows that there's been an improvement. Hit "snapshot" while that's displayed, and add the picture to Strava.
