a couple times (2-3) a week in small portions is what that would mean to me. Dairy and slightly higher carb veggies (I think okra is slightly "starchy") can stall some people. I would hope somewhere in the blogs that those terms would be defined, because they are very subjective terms! Personally, I don't have problems with cheese and cabbage so far, but I've only ever eaten okra fried, and that would be carby, so I don't know... Depends on what plan you're following. Everyone has their own takes on things and their own interactions. Your low carb plan may look polar opposite from mine!0

I would guess occasionally is somewhere between a few times per week and a few times per month. It would be most foods for me.0

Yeah, I need to eat cheese and dairy in general more "occasionally". I would say about 1-3 times a week? A lot of times you may just need to experiment and see where you feel the best at.0

Simple question. If it was something I did not like eat it would mean maybe a few times a year. If it was something I like to eat it would mean every other day.
Seriously many of us write to hear ourselves type and what to eat advise from the web is questionable at best. If someone would fix it for me I would eat cabbage every day.0 -
