Finally got off my dupa and worked on my eating plan.

I just worked out my macros and my caloric goal (I am a nutritionist so I overrode MFP's preselected stuffs) and now am working on actually adhering to it.
Caloric goal is 2K calories per day (taking my BMR and adding the sedentary lifestyle adder to it) - and my personal ratios that I am starting with due to my body type and my weight loss goal are: 25% carbs, 30% Fat, 45% protein - I am NOT in the OS until January, and at that point I will alter the ratios to include many more carbohydrates.
From now until January I am **strictly** on body comp work.
