Is there any suggested bodyfat percent for Ironman triathletes? I am currently 198 lbs, with 15.8% bodyfat, my goal is 10% bodyfat or 184. How long should I take to lose this weight? My thought was 1-2 pounds per week, so by late February. Should I get lighter than this? A race - IM Canada July 2016

I just worked out my macros and my caloric goal (I am a nutritionist so I overrode MFP's preselected stuffs) and now am working on actually adhering to it. Caloric goal is 2K calories per day (taking my BMR and adding the sedentary lifestyle adder to it) - and my personal ratios that I am starting with due to my body type…
