2017 Changing My Limiter!

Ending 2016 with a break from swim.bike.run. to loose 40 lbs.
Started Dec 5 . Starts my 6 week challange weight loss of 20 lbs and weight lifting.
I will take a week off then start a 2nd 6 week 20lbs weight loss challenge with weights.

As Coach Patrick would say "change your Limiter "
