JOS Week 3

Hi gang, how is everyone doing with their body comp goals. I have been sick. I have been able to get all my workouts in, but as a result of being sick I have lost my appetite so I am down 4lbs. Obviously not the best way to loose weight. I am sure things will go back up once I get my appetite back up. If you have been seeing some success, what are you doing to get that success? Increased water consumption, increased sleep, more rest, less fat, less carbs etc... The more we share the more we can help each other obtain our goals. Time to way in.
