Greetings everyone!
I would love to look at open diaries, to help me figure out what I can eat besides cheese, fat, and meat. I'm not going to criticize anyone, being far from perfect myself.

I'm very happy if anyone looks at mine. I'm always open to feedback and suggestions.0 -
Mine is open to friends, but I rarely log. When I do, it is always the same anyway... Meat, meat, and more meat. Sometimes I eat eggs and cheese.0

Mine is open. I haven't been keeping it long - but I'm hitting where I want to be for macronutrients (and my blood sugar likes it).0

You're doing a great job! Do you know that you can adjust your macronutrient goals? Not that you should unless you want to, just that if you go to "goals" under "my home," you can fiddle with the percentages until you have macronutrient numbers that are close to your real goals.0
