LCHF and Intermittent Fasting

I've seen several mentions of how effective LCHF is in conjunction with IF, but going back through several pages on here, don't see any threads addressing this.
Do any of you have a favorite link or even a link to an older thread here? I'm very interested in this topic.

I have been doing it for 3 months but drinking Bulletproof coffee in the morning. Was hoping to jump start some weight loss but no luck.i stop eating at 7pm and don't eat lunch until noon. M-F. It does keep me full until lunch though. I'm not a breakfast person so I love the concept in general. Hopfully someone else had better luck.0

I think @DittoDan has a water fasting group here he made, too... Personally I highly suggest water fasting - the extra ketone burst is awesome, and it really helps manage cravings and hunger, too...0 -
